Hi Anna!

Here's to start off our house dreaming! :)

At the dinner we said to move forward, we will do two things: email you 1) our non negotiables - what we need in the house design and 2) our pegs; the looks that we like so far.

Our wants, dont know if these are non negos talaga...

= there should be rooms for each of the kids. which means three bedrooms. They can share a bathroom, but we need our own :)
= a space for a study, to put at least two tables in, with enough source of natural light so red can paint if he wants to. with a balcony, so he can step out if he wants to :)
= we would need a maid's room :)
= our problem is always where to put laundry, so i was thinking that the third floor open area can be also be a place to wash and hang clothes or the 4th floor rooftop....
= big windows for light and air, ok na si red sa jalousie :)
= open spaces where possible, for a small garden.... to sit and see the trees and sky!
= for the trees to remain and continue to live :)
= maybe possible for rain catchment? :)
= good layout for the kitchen, nangyayari kasi kami ni red weekend cooks -- and we realize the limitations of our current kitchen space!
= storage, storage, the bane of a small space. so anything that will maximize storage space would be great!! including a place for bookshelves, lots of them!

Here are a few photos... browsing thru them it seems i am attracted to clean lines but with warmth so with elements of wood, stone. Nothing too starkly cubed or totally modernist looking.
